Do you work with or bill PPL (Public Partnership)?
Yes, we do work directly with Public Partnership (PPL). We will typically prepare a quote for the family or service coordinator at the agency. The agency can then email the authorization paperwork to us at
orders@especialneeds.com. Our office will then complete the paperwork and submit it back to the agency. PPL will then mail a check to eSpecial Needs for the products being purchased. It is helpful to have the quote number or the consumer's name referenced on the check.
