Point Relief not working

The most common issue with the Point Relief is the battery connection. When it arrives, there is a small piece of plastic to protect the battery life in the cap. This is easily missed, and must be removed. To do this, remove the cap holding the battery and remove the piece of plastic inside the cap. Reinstall battery and the unit should work!
