Are the EZ-ON Vests Approved for use in Canada?

Currently, EZ-ON Products do not have the Maple Leaf Seal of Approval in Canada.  But the products are listed as a suggested product in a report put out by Transport Canada in 2008. “Transporting Infants and Children with Special Needs in Personal Vehicles: A best practices guide for healthcare practitioners”.
